Base Salary: $115,000 – $175,000*

*This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Actual compensation will be adjusted based on the individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job related factors.

Position Summary: Successful projects at LAND Remediation, Inc. begin long before work starts in the field. Our preconstruction and operations teams work closely together to pursue, plan, and deliver complex environmental remediation and heavy civil construction projects across the Northeast.

We are continuing to grow our environmental remediation and heavy civil construction operations, creating opportunities for experienced professionals who can lead projects from pursuit through completion.

We are seeking a Civil/Remediation Project Manager to support both preconstruction procurement and field operations by developing winning proposals, execution strategies, and successful project delivery. This role manages projects from pre-construction planning, estimating, and client engagement through construction execution and final closeout. Working closely with executive leadership, superintendents, safety, and preconstruction teams, this position helps shape project strategy while ensuring scope, pricing, scheduling, and operational goals are carried through the full project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate brings experience in environmental remediation and heavy civil construction with a strong background in estimating, client relations, project execution, budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership. This role includes work across soil excavation, soil stabilization, environmental dredging, groundwater remediation systems, hazardous material removal, site restoration, and environmental demolition. Candidates should be experienced leaders who are looking to grow with an expanding organization and help advance both project performance and a strong safety culture.

Position Summary:

Every successful project depends on teams that ensure job costs, budgets, contracts, and financial decisions move forward alongside the work happening in the field. Our finance team works closely with operations, project management, and leadership to help keep projects organized, compliant, and financially successful from start to finish.

As our Assistant Controller, you will support the Corporate Controller in managing the accounting and financial functions tied to active environmental remediation and construction projects while contributing to the continued growth and success of the company.

In this role, you will perform specialized construction accounting tasks while overseeing job costs, budgets, and company financial reporting. The Assistant Controller will develop an understanding of contracts in process and work independently to properly classify, record, and maintain project revenue and expense records. This position will routinely communicate with project managers, employees, vendors, and subcontractors regarding accounting matters. In addition, the Assistant Controller will manage the general ledger, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and work closely with the Controller to support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting requirements.

Position Summary: At LAND Remediation, Inc., our people and strong field leadership are at the core of how our projects succeed. From complex environmental remediation to marine and heavy civil construction, our teams work in dynamic environments where safety, planning, and execution guide the work that defines our experience.

We are seeking a Project Superintendent to lead field operations on remediation, soil stabilization, dredging, and heavy civil construction projects. Project sizes typically range from $500K to $25M and require extensive travel.

The Project Superintendent is responsible for managing the daily operations of their assigned project and providing on-site leadership to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract plans, specifications, and schedules. This role oversees the planning and execution of complex field operations in active construction environments, including soil stabilization, earthwork and heavy civil construction, dredging and marine construction, pile driving, dewatering, water treatment, and the coordination of trucking and disposal of diverse materials and waste streams.

From state-of-the-art dredging equipment and modular barges to customized geotechnical rigs and heavy civil machinery, our fleet allows our teams to tackle complex projects with precision and effeciency.

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel-powered vehicles and construction equipment. This position supports our environmental remediation and heavy civil construction operations and includes both shop work and field service at active job sites. The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic skills, experience working on heavy equipment, and the ability to respond quickly to equipment issues to minimize downtime.

Position Summary: A Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of many different types of heavy equipment but not limited to the following: excavators, loaders, backhoes, bulldozers, articulated trucks, rollers and skid steers.

The operation of this equipment is required to assist in the task at hand commonly excavation, trenching, grading, material handling, loading, and unloading and dredging.

A Heavy Equipment Operator will work in a variety of weather conditions utilizing heavy equipment on environmental / civil construction projects.
