Since opening our doors in 2009 in a small Troy office, LAND has grown into a regional leader with our 15,000-square-foot operations facility in Waterford, NY, that has served as our headquarters since 2017. Our founders, Keith Decker and William Lindheimer, along with our core management team, have successfully completed over 288 projects in our portfolio, proof of our commitment to excellence and leaders within the industry.
